Phoebe - 1 year old (Fostered in Rolesville NC)

Though She Be Small.... She is Mighty.

Phoebe is a tiny Pocket Boxer (40lbs.) who could stand to gain a few pounds. Typical Boxer..... she is quite sure her proper place is on your lap. She is very energetic, but mindful of her manners. She knows her commands..... and likes to sit and shake for treats. She settles into her crate well.... though she may whine for the first few minutes. She does appear to be fully house/crate trained.
She loves Dental Chews and Peanut Butter.... and she seems to be a bit of a grazer at meal time... NOT a chow hound who was just served her last meal! She is very food motivated. All in all she walks well on a leash.... but likes to grab the leash and try to walk herself. What could be more fun than playing tug of war with your leash?
She came into a home with 4 very large males.... While they were all crated..... she tried to assert her tiny self on them.... barking at them and carrying on. But she has grown bored of them now.... and is starting to warm up to them. She did WELL at her shelter dog test.... but Foster Mom thinks she just needs to decompress and MAY require slower introductions to some dogs. Not all.
Her nub...NEVER stops moving. Ever. She is so happy. She currently lives with 3 tiny humans and 2 big ones. She bonded to everyone quickly... and REALLY seems to like Men.

Phoebe has a few tumors that require immediate care. One appears to be a harmless fluid filled cyst... but the other is in question and she will have surgery to have to have it removed. She is also HW+, but like other CBR dogs.... this will be treated and should cause her no future issues.
