Tyson - 3 years old (Fostered in Kannapolis, NC)

8/25/19: So this is my first time fostering and I am learning lots. Tyson has been very patient with me.
Tyson’s first night and all went well. He is happy with having his own room right now and is eating and drinking. He loves his outside breaks and he’s sniffed out all the nooks and crannies inside and outside the house. I think he’s familiar with who belongs here because our cat Rascal surprised us both when we went out back and he was lounging under the outdoor furniture. Tyson saw him at the same time as me, I was like oh no! Tyson didn’t try to chase or eat him and listened to me when I said let’s go potty. Of course he gets a treat for being such a good boy! He smiles so pretty showing his toofers ❤️

9/2/19: Very Playful once he’s comfortable. If he sees you grab the leash he gets excited and assumes it’s time to go anywhere but where he is.

He’s not the kind of dog I would ran up and pet and hug immediately. Give him sometime to sniff around you and get comfortable. He’s extremely motivated by food.
Current Food. Diamond Natural Grain Free Beef.
He doesn’t like his head touched or butt touched unless his  comfortable.

Lay down
Back (back away)
Potty( He will respond to potty if he has to go)

Doesn’t like thunder or loud noises.

50/50 around other dogs. If I had to chose it would be a dominate female dog he gets along with most.

Car rides. Tyson has traveled on multiple 10-12 hour car rides and does well. He will jump into the back seat from the driver side only.
