Hello Everyone! My name is Buck! My foster mom chose this name for me because she said I needed a strong name. You see, I'm a BIG BOY (around 80 pounds) of complete and total love. She thought about naming me Chubbs and I told her no way! Even big boys have pride!! I love to lay my big head in your lap and just get all the love I can get. I get nervous when I can't see my foster mom and I cry until I can see her. I have been sleeping in a crate, but prefer to be out with the family and my fur sister. She is teaching me to play and I am coming out of my shell. Foster mom says I'm pretty perfect....just don't like those other furry things called cats and I'm not allowed to be around them or go to a home with them. Am I your perfect TRIPLE B (Big Ol Buck)?

5/10 Update   Buck is the epitome of a gentle giant.  He is a BIG boy!  But not to worry...he has impeccable manners!  He doesn't jump, doesn't lick, is housebroken, is completely trustworthy in the house when left alone.  What a handsome gentleman!  He got along with both our male and female boxer immediately.  He loves to play but is oh so gentle.  His favorite place to be is outside basking in the sun so would do best in a home with a fenced in yard.

He was surrendered by his owner because he has developed a very strong aversion to cats.  He seems to have a sad look in his eye like he's wondering where his family is.  I hope he will find a wonderful new family that will spoil him rotten and give him all the love that he deserves!
