TOBY

February 9, 2010...  Toby is new to rescue.  We have had him for about a week and a half.  He is a very sweet puppy.  He is 4 months old (will be 5 months on Feb. 21).   He is deaf, but watches us very closely.  He will not ask to go out, but will potty when taken out.  He still has a few accidents in the house,  but he is learning and is still young.  He gets along great with our female Boxer and with our other foster Taz.   He is good with our grandkids.  We have been trying to teach him hand signals and he does pretty well with "sit".  He is also learning to get "off" when we "tell" him to.  He is a wonderful loving baby who would like to sit in your lap if he could.  If someone has the time and patience to work with the signs,  he would make an absolutely wonderful pet.
