SUGAR RAY

January 14, 2012 ..  Happy New Year! I am loving life in foster care. My foster mom feeds me good food & healthy treats. My weight is up from my shelter days. Which is good- cause I'm starving! I've been getting along with everyone- dogs people and kids! I especially like kids! And even though my joints are a little achy when I first wake up, I still have spunk! I'm a good boy. I like to get frisky in the backyard and even like to box!!! I would make a great addition to any home.I just want a warm place to lie down and enjoy my family.  More photos to come soon!

December 21, 2011...  I'm Sugar Ray!  I'm an 8-10 year old cropped-eared male boxer. I was pulled from the Burlington shelter

right before my time was up. Man, talk about a close call! Thank goodness those rescue folks came and got me, I didnt like that place. I am such a good boy! I know sit, shake and am crate and house trained. I like other dogs and currently live with my foster sister Coco the Chihuahua!  I got sort of thin in the shelter so I am putting on weight eating all this good nutritious food they give me!  Because my previous owner didnt take care of me, I am heartworm positive and not neutered. However these rescue folks say they will take care of all that. Boy, I sure am glad I'm in a rescue!  How about it.....wouldn't you love to adopt me and take me into your home this holiday season???  WOOF-WOOF
