RUSTY

April 29, 2010... We are really enjoying Rusty. He is a very good boy. He kennels up really well and is almost broke from jumping up to hug you. He will do it on command if you want him to. He gets along really well with all size dogs. He is very loving and loves to sleep in between me and my husband.  He walks really well on a leash.

March 1, 2010...  The vet said that Rusty is about a year old.  He is heartworm negative and up to date on shots.  He is very sweet and seems to know the basic commands.  He is also housebroken.   I can't believe someone turned him in.  He is not eating very well right now and is a little too thin.  The vet said that could be due to the trauma of everything he has been through.  We will definitely work on fattening him up!  Rusty has a wonderful disposition and is such a cuddle bug!

February 25, 2010...  Rusty had a good first night and slept in the crate without even a whimper.  He had a bath today (he was really, really dirty) and did well.  He didn't give me any problem at all.  Today he and Molly have been going in and out of the dog door every 5 minutes but they are getting along really well.
