JUSTICE
March 1, 2012...  Justice is doing great in his foster home. He's still a very laidback, quiet boy. He absolutely loves attention and could happily have his head and belly rubbed all day. He enjoys playing with our female Boxer and lounging on our back deck, as long as she's out there with him. He loves going for walks and is a dream on leash. He doesn't tug at all! This is great because he's a big boy (almost 80 lbs) so he could be a handful if he wanted to be. He has been friendly and sociable with everyone we've met out walking in the neighborhood and was a perfect gentleman at the vet's office. He is making progress with being comfortable in his crate, and continues to do well left home alone uncrated. He is fantastic with our cats, and great with kids. Justice loves being part of a family and is ready find a family to love him forever!

February 6, 2012...  Justice is a three year old male Boxer. He was brought into the shelter as a stray, but has obviously been someone's pet before. He is very friendly and well socialized, with people and other animals. He is housebroken, other than some marking the first day we got him (he is also recently neutered, which should help with this problem). He does have some anxiety about being crated, but actually does fine being left uncrated. He is not destructive in the house at all. He is great with our 3 year old son, and with our cats.

Justice is currently being treated for Heartworms, and a tapeworm. He is not feeling too great right now with all the parasites, but we are hoping to see him perk up soon now that he has started medication. He is very calm and well behaved. You can tell he hasn't been a member of a family in a while, but each night he becomes more comfortable as a member of our family. He has so much love and personality brimming beneath that serious face! Justice is very dog-friendly, but he is a bit dominant, and may do best in a house where he can be top dog. He is an affectionate boy full of Boxer kisses and wiggles, and ready to find his forever home!
