Hi! I am 10 month old Katy! I was an owner surrender in Jacksonville N.C. I came into rescue up to date on shots and even had papers! After a short visit to a foster home with my foster sister Lexie (see the picture at top of screen) I went to my forever home with my NEW skin sister. Her eyes were as big as saucers when she first saw me. She spent the first night lying next to me on the floor by the fireplace!!!!
UPDATE: Noel is now "Lexie". Her new family had the following to say about her:
Lexie is adapting well, and we all have fell in love with her. She is so gentle and she loves to play with me outside. She and I wake up together and sit in the recliner together, and when she hears the girls get up she just shakes all over with excitement.
Thanks so much for letting us have her, she really is part of the family.
Can you tell Zeuss is VERY happy in his new home?? He lives with his new sister Ginger and they can play so rough the family now has a cabinet without glass doors in it!!!
This is MULLIGAN a happy brindle boy adopted June 2001.
DIXIE (was Charlie). Adopted by a loving family in Charleston SC, she is through with her heartworm treatment. She gets lots of belly rubs and love. Hooray for DIXIE-CUP
RUFUS is a wonderful boy who now lives in Virginia Beach.
He is so spoiled, when Dad goes to work he gets to go to Gramma's house!!
MAGGIE was the "Sabrina" puppy that we rescued from the pound in Charleston. She is now happily adopted and growing like crazy! So Cute!
RUSTY: Adopted and living on a 15 acre farm. What a happy boy he is now!!

Here is CBR Volunteer Susie saying goodbye to Dutchess as her new owner, who is experienced with rescue dogs, takes over. Dutchess was on her way to getting her car safety belt fitted, so you just know she will be spoiled rotten!! Her new Mom even took 2 days off of work to be with Dutchess!
