February 13, 2012... I continue to work on my physique - eating healthy and exercising. I don’t feel or act like a 15 year old. I am mature but still playful. I enjoy life and do not spend time worrying about anything. I am a care free spirit and love everyone I meet. I really enjoy my walks and listening to the barking chain in the neighborhood. The cold weather is my favorite. Squirrels I watch and would like to catch someday. If you are looking for a good friend and an excellent listener, I’m your girl.
December 18, 2011... I moved into my new foster home today and met my new best friend, fur sister, Anna. We have a great time together and get along well. I like all of my new fur friends with the exception of a small white unneutered male. I like to watch the cats next door but have not been face to face with one yet. I love all of my new human friends. I am very hot natured and like the hard wood and tile floors in my foster home. I also enjoy the outside soaking up the sun with a cool breeze. I continue to watch what I eat and think I have lost a little weight. I love being loved on and give kisses in appreciation.
November 28, 2011... My name is Cheyenne & I'm a sweet & spunky 15 year old boxer. My family had to leave me at the shelter due to them moving. When the people at CBR saw me they just fell in love & had to get me out of there. I do have a few health problems, but I don't know it. I am blind in one eye, I have arthritis in one hind leg, I am heartworm positive, & I am very overweight. My foster parents are trying to get me to lose some weight, but as far as the heartworms, I am to old to be put through the treatments. I still have my hearing though, which I think is great for a boxer my age. I am house trained & crate trained. I haven't had a single accident in my foster home. There are 3 other dogs in my foster home, all under the age of 3 (even a 3 month old puppy), & I try to keep up with them. I may be 15 but I have the spirit of a puppy. I love everyone I meet, especially children. I love to sleep & be loved on all the time. I think I've earned it being 15 years old! My foster parents love me so much & they see how special of a boxer I am. They can't believe how good of a temperament & spirit I have at my age. Please consider adopting me!
November 6, 2011... Cheyenne is a beautiful, sweet 15 year old girl who was dumped at a shelter. What we know of Cheyenne thus far is that she has a very sweet personality, is heartworm positive and is not spayed. More to come on Cheyenne as she settles into her foster home.
