BUSTER
April 11, 2012...  Buster is so sweet!  He is crate trained, house trained, and walks great on a leash.  He knows sit, shake, and down.  Buster CRAVES affection!  More than anything else, he wants to be close to you and have you rub his head.  He has the cutest boxer wiggle and "kidney bean" when he knows he has your attention.  Buster was returned to the rescue because he did not get along with a small dog in his house so he would do best in a home with no dogs or only large dogs.  Buster is toy aggressive.  He got into a scuffle with his foster sister, a 4 year old female boxer, when they were both going for the same toy.  They have been out together before the incident and since, and there haven't been any issues.

Buster is totally focused on loving and being loved by his human companions.  This boy is absolutely beautiful and will make a great addition to a loving home!

January 18, 2011...  He is such a doll!   He loves to hug you, I mean HUG you!  He gently stands up and puts his big arms around you and holds you tight!!   No nasty stuff,  just pure love!  He has gained some much needed weight.
Buster will go in his crate at night no problem, he has even begged to go in it before we go to bed. He seems to feel that we should all be in our "crates" at the same time! lol!   He won't go to bed until we do.  Which is fine, because we let him outside before we finally turn in.   He is not so crazy about going into the crate during the day.  He is somewhat hesitant, however, he will go.
He has not had any accidents since the first day.   He has become more playful and would love to have fellow fur friends that would like to play with him and show him how to play.  He is such a good dog, and will be a wonderful companion for anyone that gets him!
We have been impressed Buster shows no outward aggression to anyone or anything.  No food aggression, nothing!  He knows sit and down for the most part.   He walks on a leash perfectly.   He has been on medication since Monday and we are completely done with the worming medicine.  He still has ear drops and an antibiotic twice a day.  He goes to the Vets on Tuesday with our cat to get neutered.
He has a few black dots on his upper eyelids that make him look like he has black eyelashes- so cute!
I hope this gives you a better idea of Buster.  We can not praise him enough!
